Jackson, Missouri is the County Seat of Cape Girardeau County, located just northwest of Cape Girardeau on Business Route 55 (US-61).
From St. Louis, take I-55 south to Exit 106. Go south on Business 55 (US-61) through downtown Jackson to East Adams St. Turn left, cross the tracks to the first cross street (Bellevue). We are on the southwest corner of Bellevue and Adams.
From Memphis, take I-55 north to Exit 99. Go north on Business 55 (US-61), across the tracks and turn right at the junction of MO-34. Turn right on E. Adams St (4th street on the right) and cross the tracks to the first cross street (Bellevue). We are on the southwest corner of Bellevue and Adams.
